Ivano Rossato and I (Eugenio Mirti) have always shared a deep love for Prince' s music, in our opinion (and not only ours!) he was the best composer of the second part of the XXth Century, and his songs should definitely become jazz standards. The idea was to record our versions (which are very different from the originals) and send them to his majesty himself. Sadly, Prince passed away before we could finish the project, and so we recorded the songs as an homage to his heritage. Have fun! And so long, Kid.
